Browns Cars independent used car specialist, based in Bisley, SURREY.  Established in 1999 by Andrew Brown, Browns cars has taken great care to sell only the highest quality pre owned cars to both main dealers and retail customers, selling in the region of 225 cars per year. We understand that quality and good service is important, that is  why you will not meet commissioned based sales people, just Andrew or his wife Toni.
